Why start a blog when there are so many blogs out there already?
Simple answer: I have been wanting to start a blog for years and have put it off because I was not sure how people would value my blog and what I have to say and share.
My purpose is to help me reflect on what has brought me to this point and build on my strengths, while helping others to realize the importance of their strengths as well.
My friends and colleagues often comment about how talented and passionate I am with everything that I do. I just look at my skills and think..."These are just things I do for fun because they make me happy."
As a reader here, I hope you enjoy my journey as much as I enjoy sharing it. I want those of you reading my blog to be a part of my journey.
